物流政策

SHIPPING. We endeavour to process every order within 48 hours. In order to do this, we may to send products from different locations (we have offices /distributors in Singapore and the United Kingdom). 

PACKAGING: All products are shipped in protective packaging with additional internal coverings.

TRACKING: You will receive an email notification when your product has shipped. This will include a tracking number. All of our products are tracked so that you can monitor progress and review travel history.

CUSTOMS & EXCISE DUTY: Depending on the destination country, you may be subject to customs and excise duty. This is usually calculated at checkout. On occasions when it is not (usually only for sizeable bulk orders) we will endeavour to inform you before delivery. If a product is held up in customs, the relevant authorities will usually contact directly and request payment.
