退款政策

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it to us within 14 days for a full refund. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. That means: unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

This 14-day period begins on receipt of the product.

We reserve the right to reject a return request if the product has been used.

 

RETURN PROCESS: 

Please contact support@davidalexander.golf and type 'RETURN REQUEST' in the subject line of your email. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your purchase. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and will receive an email to this effect.

Postage costs are not included unless the product is faulty (see below).

A product that has been personalised cannot be returned unless it has arrived damaged or develops a fault within 90 days (see below).

 

90-DAY PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will replace any items that arrive defective or develop a fault within 90 days of receipt.

To start a return, please contact support@davidalexander.golf and type 'FAULTY PRODUCT' in the subject line of your email. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return can not be accepted. The 90-day period begins on receipt of the product.

 

A fault includes:

• Material failing (i.e. holes) caused by a manufacturing defect;
  
• Stitching failing causing either separation of the core body or constituent elements (i.e. piping);
  
• Elastic failing;
  
• Accessory displacement (i.e. logo)
  
• The following does not constitute a faulty product:
  
• Degradation of core materials (i.e. leather colour changes) after prolonged exposure to elements such as (but not limited to) sun or rain;
  
• Wear and tear caused by general use such as (but not limited to) material embellishments (i.e. scratches);
  
• Wear and tear caused by excessive use such as (but not limited to) stitching stretching, material thinning or tearing through over-aggressive handling;
  
• Degradation of core materials as a result of inappropriate care (i.e. drying on a radiator). Please refer to the 'Product Care' section on davidalexander.golf for instructions on how to clean and maintain your product.
  

Please note: We may request that you send photographic evidence of any faults and reserve the right to reject a return request if there are any signs of deliberate damage.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-day cooling off period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
