We endeavour to process every order within 48 hours. In order to do this, we may to send products from different locations (we have offices /distributors in Singapore, United Kingdom, China and Australia).
PACKAGING: All products are shipped in protective packaging with additional internal coverings.
TRACKING: You will receive an email notification when your product has shipped with a tracking number. All of our products are tracked so that you can monitor progress and review travel history. Please contact: support@davidalexander.golf if you do not receive a tracking number. Please put 'TRACKING NUMBER REQUEST' in the subject line of your email to enable a quick response.
CUSTOMS & EXCISE: Depending on the destination country, you may be subject to customs and excise duty. This usually only occurs for sizeable bulk orders. If we think that this might be the case, we will endeavour to inform you before delivery. Any subsequent payment is usually made directly to the relevant authorities who will normally contact you when the goods arrive at their destination port.
